GRAND JURY QUASHES MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE Auckland, Tuesday. A charge of manslaughter against 'George Alexander Rowson, aged 30 years, a warehouseman formerly em- . ployed by the New Zealand Drug Co., was thrown out by the grand jury at the Supreme Court to-day. Charles Boddy was supplied with nux Vomica in mistake for slippery elm bark and took a fatal dose.
