BOY STRUCK BY CAR •WHILE ATTENblNG FUNERAL Thames, Saturday. Samuel Johnston, aged 12 years, was killed at Ngatea this morning in a collisxon with a nxotor car, v/hile he was rxding a bicycle in a' f une'ral- corThree cars were proceeding from Netherton to Pukekohe. '*• * When passing through Ngatea the hoy was 6n the wrong-'side. H'e was avoided hy the first -caf,; bxifi'- was struck by the second car, driven "by Mr. R. A. Workman. Hxshead struck the handle of the rear door, and he died before his removal by'"- the Thames' ambulance.
