— By Telegraph — Copyright).

(Rec. 8 p.m.) London, July 21. The London Daily Iierald says: — "Cabinet has delatedly realised that its delegation got the worst of praetically every bargain which was made at Ottawa. It is very distressed by the successful efforts of the Dominions to develop their trade by increasing their exports to the United Kingdom while imjports lag. Protests have already been made and Mr. Thomas urged the Dominion Governments to respect the spirit of Ottawa but the Dominions have proved unresponsive preferring to regard a bargain as a bargain from which they are entitled to all the advantages which they could derive from the arrangement. - Wednesday?s Parliamentary question was a put up job. The Government wish to warn the Dominion delegdtes at present in London of the growing resentment which is being f elt in the Tory party."
