ONCE UPON A TIME

HOW RAINBOWS ARE MADE Once upon a time, there lived a ! very curious little boy ealled Billy ; who was always asking his moth'er questions. •One wet day, mother was especially tired of Billy's questions, for being wet, he had not been able to play outside. However, in the afternoon, the sun canie out, and with it a lovely coloured rainbow. Billy, seeing this, ran to his mother full of excitement, saying, "Oh, mummy, who made that pretty rainbow." Mother, who was busy making cakes, not thinking, said, "Oh, I don't know, Bill; go and see for yourself." Billy needed no persuasion and off he ran out of the. house to see what he would find at the foot of the rainbow.. Finish the story by telling me what Billy saw and what happened to him when he reached the foot of the rainbow.
