DESIRE EXPRESSED FOR A NEW ZEALAND TEAM Wellington, Monday. By a unanimous vote, the New Zealand Olympic and British Empire Games Association, at its annual meeting to-night expressed itself as being strongly in favour of New Zealand being represented at the British Empire games to be held in London next year. A letter has been sent to the governing body of each national association asking whether it has a representative worthy to he sent to the games and enquiring to what extent it is prepared to assist with the finance. Mr. H. Amos (Wellington) was reelected chairman of the council of the association.
