WORKERS' FAMILIES EXCURSION LAUNCH CAPSIZES ON THE RIVER VOLGA ONE HUNDRED DROWNED

Moscow, July 14. It is feared that 100 lives have, been lost in tlie capsize on the Volga :of a launch conveying workers' families, number 250, on an excursion. Sevonty bodies have been recovered. The Soviet has ordered the trial of the union organisers for allegedly permitting the overcrowding of the, launch.
