Bowser Pipe Cut. A particularly malicious piece of hooliganism was committed in Maine Street, sometime on Monday night when someone deliberately cut the hose attached to a benzine pump. The attendant left the hose in good order when he locked the pump on Monday night and he did not notice the cut until he saw the benzine pouring out of it when he went -to„fill the tank of a car.
