SAILORS DIE AND GO CRAZY OWING TO EXTREME' HEAT ATTEMPTS AT SUICIDE

Tokio, July 3. Brigade manoeuwres around Fujiyama yesterday were suspended after seven men had died and^many had become seriously ill as a result of sunstroke. ' It is reported that several crazy men attempted to commit suicide, their condition being brought on by forced exertion iu the extreme heat.
