TOLAN NOT ANXIOUS TO MEET AU.STRALIAN SPRINTER Rec. June 23, 7.30 p.m. New York, June 22. The Amateur Athletic Union informs the Press Association that efforts to arrange a race between the Australian sprinter, Robertson, and Eddy Tolan, have thus far failed, the latter being unwilling, although the union is placing. no obstacle in his way. Robertson is continuing his training and has issued a challenge to race anyone anywhere for 1000 dollars or more, a side.
