The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent says that the latest French warcraft is manned by only four me.n, but carries seven torpedoes, which can be discharged from eaeh point, though the method is not explained. The craft is described as a kind of sea boat driven by two 1100 horse power engines. The speed exceeds 50 miles an hour.
