Arrested on warrant, Joseph Huddleston, (26), described as an accountant, alias Joseph Oppenheim, alias Bernard Lowbatchewskey, appeared in the Police Court charged with being a rogue and a vagabond, in that on January 31 he imposed on F. K. Holden and obtained £4 17s 6d hy falsely representing that, the money was for a fidelity hond in the firm of J. Oppertheim and Co., bankers, of Auckland. » \ ' Accused was remanded till June 26.
