JUDGMENT RESERVED AFTER LENGTHY HEARING Auckland, Thursday. After a hearing lasting 15| days, the case was concluded in thq S,upreme Court in which 49 sharehoiqers in the Speedwell Oi! Gompariy, New Zeajand, Ltd., claimed £4638 from Harry Clinton MeElwain, former direetor of the coiripariy. Plaintiffs alleged that the representatioris iri the prospeetus of the compariy wei*e uritrue, apd the compariy did rio't obthin the ful minimurii subscriptibhs of £60D0 witfiin 90 days as provided iri the , prospeetus. The defenee was a general deriial of t|ie allegations. Judgriierit was reserved.
