Clark as M.C., soon had every one. in th'e dancing spirit. , JJhe Bohemian Dance Band, an o'rchestra which has just been formed, delighted the dancers with its rendering of modern and old time dances, and every one is looking forward an dancing '.fo this band again/ A very interesting Monte Carlo was held, the winners being Miss Joyce Windleborn and Mr. Bert Gibones. Mr. J. J. Bennett (Whakatane) on behalf of the R.S.A., thanked all present for their attendance and also thanked the ladies who had brought such a delightful supper. A splendid supper was served by the ladies after which dancing was continued until early hours of the morning. Among those present were: — Mesdames W. Clarke, floral crepe de chine; C. Tickner, ivory satin beaute; G. Thom, black celanese; E. P. Cobden, saxe blue marocain; L. Grey, floral georgette; K. Jenkins, black lace; Ivan Steenson, green angel skin; Revell, sea green georgette; Flavel, floral satin beaute; J. C. Revell, blue ninon; F. J. Muir, navy crepe de chine; A. Marx, ivory satin; Patience, shell pink georgette and gold lame. Misses A. Smith (Auckland), blue georgette with silver lace; B. Patience, mauve nett over floral taffeta; M. Woodberry, blue silk rayon; F. Woodberry, apple green silk rayon; F. Beard, floral art voile; A. Whalley, bronze satin; M. Sunkel, blue georgette; Everill Windelborn, floral net over tangerine satin; J. Peck, scarlet satin with frilled georgette panels; A. Clarke, floral silk voile; E. Gaston, apple green brocade; M. Newton, blue crepe satin; Joy Windleborn, green satin.
