BRITAIN AND FRANCE REACH COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Rec. May 29, 12.30 a.m. London, May 28. The Sunday Times says that Great Britain and France have reaehed complete agreement on the Four Power Pact. France is now communicating the terms to Poland and the Little Entente, whose acquiescence is expected. There is every prohability of the Pact guaranteeing European peace for ten years. The Pact will be signed this week.
