MANCHUKUO AND JAPAN TO BUY SOVIET'S INTEREST

Rec. May 28, 5.5 p.m. Shanghai, May 27. It is announced that the dispute between the Soviet and Japan over £he Chinese Eastern Railway is virtually settled. An agreement has been reaehed whereby Manchukuo will purchase, through Japan, the Soviet's interest in the railway.
