COUNCIL HOLDS ITS STATUTOIRY ANNUAL MEETINC. Opotiki, Wednesday. Those present at the annual meeting of the Opotiki County Council were: — Crs. J. H. Reid (chairman), G. Powell, C. Black, J. Butler, W. Gault, Neilson, W. Hedley, Donovan, V. Wilson, Johlin, G. S. Moody, W. Up>ton (engineer) and J. T. Merry (clerk). Mr. J. H. Reid was re-elected chairman.
