(Rec. May 25.) London, May 24. In the House of Commons, Mr. J. B. Whyte (Conservative, Derbyshire) asked would the Government consider a suggestion that part of Britain's share of the holdings in the Suez Canal be distributed amongst the Dominions , to ensure more effeetive representation on the board. Mr. Stanley Baldwin replied that this was not practicable. There were at present three British official directors, in addition to seven Pnofficial idirectors.
