London, May 21. Sir Abe Bailey, the South African millionaire and sportsman, who is retiring from all bttsiness activities will devote leisure to puhlic affairs and writing memoirs. Sir Abe Bailey has been a prominent figure in South African affairs where he owns an estate of 100,000 acres. He is a member of the M.C.C. and of the English Jockey Club. He has raeed in South Africa for 44 years and 37 years in England. He was one of the founders of the Johannesburg Turf Club.
