ANOTHER FIVE YEAR -PLAN

Rec. May 15, 7.15 p.m. Moscow, May 15. Particulars of a new internal loan of 1 300,000,000 roubles are ' announced for the purpose of enahling the Government to carry out the construction place for a second five year period'. Every worker is invited to subscribe at least three weeks' salary between now and October. The loan is at 1 per cent. and matures in 1943. .
