Hamilton, Thursday. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd. report: — At Matamata sale on Wednesday a medium yarding "of sheep changed hands at 1 slightly firmed rates. A heavy yarding of cattle sold at prices- up to recent 1 quotations. A full yarding of fat and store pigs including some lines of ; very good quality baeoners came for- j ward. Baconer values remained firm, these selling under good competition, but porkers eased in comparison with last sale. Stores and weaners sold at ruling rates. Quotations: Fat ewes 8s to 10s; j store lambs 8s to 8s 8d, aged ewes . r.w. S.D. rams 7s 6d. Fat heifers £3- to £3 12s 6d; medium fat cows £2 5s to £2 12s; light fat cows £1 15s to £2 ls, forward
