ship of over 5,000,000 was, executed with ruthless efficiency. Poliee and "Brown Shirts" oeeupied all trade union buildings, worlanen's hanks, and co-operative stores. They arrested 50 leaders, including the secretary of the trade union federation (Herr Leipert), and ex-Minister of Labour (Herr Wissel) and three editors. It has heen decreed that Communist journals must submit to Government control. The distribution of provocative leaflets is hanned.
