DARING ROBBERY
BURGLARS DRESSED AS WORKMEN. Three men carried out a daring dayliigiht rohbery recently at ia puhlichouse in Kennedy Street, Townhead, Glasgow, which adjoins the entry to a tenement. Dressed in overalls, they began to knock a 'hole, in the wall of the -entry with piekaxes, and under the impression that they were workmen the occupants of the h'ouse did not interfere. The men gained ian entrance, but had timo only to get several Ibottles of Avhisky and a bag containing £10 before they were disturhed. In their fiight they dropped a bag containing the money.
