This artist possesses a very fine contralto voice and her first appearance in Rotorua won hearty applause from the audience. Her first number, "Danny Boy," was heautifully rendered and won hearty applause. •'As an encore number she gave "Gaxden of Happiness." which was equally well received. The management is ■ to be congratulated upon securing the services of such a capable artist to add variety and charm to the usual picture programme. It was an addition thoroughly appreeiated by music-lovefs.
