Rec. April 30, 11.30 p.m. Paris, April 30. "France is in the hands of the English," ' says the Fiagro, criticising a loan to France by London banks. Paul Reynaud, ex-Minister of France, regards it as a bad piece of news for those who flatter themselves on financial influence. He adds, "The Government is postponing the day of reckoning."
