GRAVE CHARGE AGAINST JAPANESE IN COMMONS
Rec. April 30, 6.30 p.m. Ottawa, April 29. During a diseussion on fisheries estates. in the House of Commons tonight, Mr. Thomas Reid, member for New Westminster, alleged that Japan- ' ese naval officers, in the guise of fishermen obtained employment upon fishing vessels in British Columbia, devoting their activities to familiarising themselves with Canada's Pacific coast.
