NAZI CABINET
AGREEMENT LIKELY TO CAUSE SEVERAL CHANGES Rec. April 27, 7 p.m. Berlin, April 26. Rumours have been revived to the effect that an agreement between Nazis and Nationalists will inevitably lead to Cabinet changes. It is stated that Herr Hugenberg and Herr von Neurath are unlikely to remain in ' Cabinet much longer. Herr von Papen will be next Foreign Minister, and will become a close personal friend of Herr Hitler.
