AUSTRALIAN INTERESTS ARE IDENTICAL WITH DOMINION'S

Auckland, Wednesday. "I cannot make any statement until after there has been a meeting of the board. We had a pleasant trip, and I believe that our visit will result in the improvement of relations betiween Australia iand New Zealand." This statement wa3 made this morning by Mr. W. Dynes Fulton, actin© chairman of the New Zealand Dairy Produce Board, who returned from Australia by the Wanganella laccompanied by Mr. W. Ground-s, another member of the board, and Mx\ T. C. Brash, th'e secretary. "We are proceeding to Wellington to-night and the boai'd will meet on Friday," he added. "Australia was most anxious to xxieet the New Zealand delegation," he continued. ■ "Their interests are- identieal- with ours at the present timo and vital. The opinion was expressed by xxxembers of th'e Australian Dairy Produce Board that periodical visits; between representatives -of both countries are essential." . In reply to a question, Mr. Fulton said the Australian Board, after full consideration, had decided against restriction of exports of dairy produce to Great Britain. Speaking of the conditions prevailing in the Commonwealth, Mx\ Fulton said there were definite signis. of improvement. There were indications everywhere th'at the depressioix was conxing to an end.
