NO RESTRICTIONS
ALL SUBJECTS DISCUSSED (Received April 11.) Rugby, April 10. The Prime Minister informed the House of Commons that he intended to set no limit to the subjects to be mentioned in the course of conversations between the United States President and himself. The objeet of the visit was not to negotiate agreements but to discuss questions with which both are eonfronted.
