USEFUL GIFTS FOR BRIDE-TO-BE Last Thursday evening Miss Veria Griffiths gave a most enjoyable kitehen eveining at her home, Arawa House, in honour of Miss Ethel Sharpe, who •is to be married at Easter. The ■lounge was beautifully larranged with ' hydrangeas; belladonna lillies and michlemas daisies, and to receive her guests the h'ostess wore shell pink emhroidered voile, while the guest of the .evening was in white sprigged organdie.
