Paris, March 31. Le Matin publishes what it claims to be the full text of the proposed Mac-Donald-Mussolini pact. It is largely as already forecast, but specifies that Germany, France, 'Britain and Italy should confirm the principles of revision of the treaties in accordance with the League Covenant except in cases where the possibility of revision may lead to conflict.
