LIEUTENANT PATTLE TO BE ENTERTAINED BY COMPANY At the parade of the Opotiki Girl Guides Company on Tuesday evening, it was decided to hold a parents' afternoon on Saturday, when Lieutenant E. Pattle, who is leaving Opotiki shortly, will he the guest of honour. The guides regret very much the departure of one of their greatest supporters. The evening was spent in singing eamp songs and discussing swimming badges. Miss B. Ensoll is training the guides for swimming and Mr. E. Seville will act as examiner. The evening concluded with the singing of "Taps."
