DICTATORSIIIP TIIREATENED London, March 7. Messages from Athens suggest that the political situation is like a Chinese puzzle. It appears that General Othaniois, the President of yesterday's militai'y Cabinet, immediately cancelled the consorship and other precautionary measures taken by General Plastiras. It is reported that General Plastiras to-day re-established the dictatorship and arrested the opposition leaders. Latest messages predict a speedy eollapse of the dictatorship. Some of the provinces have threatened a march on Athens to hasten its overthrow. Meanwhile, the Premier, M. Saldaris is trying to form a Cabinet. The exPremier, M. Yenizilos, seemingly regards his political career as ended, for he is leaving- by a destroyer this afternoon.
