SALVAGE CLAIM FAILS
Napier, Wednesday. His Honour, Mr. Justice Blair, nonsuited New Zealand Fisheries, Ltd., in a claim against the Napier Harbour Board for £2250 13s 9d, costs incurred in raising trawlers which sanlc in the inner harbour on December 25, 1931. His Honour held that the negligence alleged by the. plaintiff company on the part of the board had not been proved.
