RETURN MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH

ReC. Feb. 17. Berlin, February 17. Addressing Anglo-American students Herr Heinrich Schnes, formerly Governor of East German Africa, urged the re.turn of the colonies which Germany had peacefully won and consolidated. This he said was a matter of life and death to Germany, involving supplies of colonial raw products and securing new export markets, and finding new lands for Germany's superfluous unemployed.
