STOLEN PROPERTY

MAN FOUND GUILTY OF RECEIVING IN WELLINGTON Wellington, Tuesday. The hearing of the case in which John Patrick Burke and Mina Rusterholz were eharged with receiving stolen property, was concluded in the Supreme Court. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty in the case of Rusterholz and guilty in the case of Burke. Rusterholz was diseliarged and Burke remanded for sentence.
