FATEFUL REPORT
Rec. Feb. 7. Geneva, February 6. The Committee of Nineteen's Drafting Committee is making a considerable progress in preparing the fateful recommendations. It is unanimously agreed on the non-reeognition of Man chukuo. It has been decided to eommunicate the recommendations to the neighbouring States and the ninepower signatories with a view to their co-operation.
