AN ELECTION PROBABLE: Berlin, Jan. 30 Though several powerful subordinates of Herr Hitler are included in the Cabinet, the fact that it is a coalition will probably prevent the adoption of an undiluted Nazi pfogramme. It is understood that Herr Hitler is
expeeted to obtain authority to dissolve the Reichstag if necessary, and arrange for a new election. Prices on the Boux*se rose as the first reaction to Herr Hitler's appointment, out suddenly weakened, espeeially the bond market. This apparently was due to uncertainty concernir.g Herr Hitler's economic policy. Many internal changes are likely including the Presidency of the Reichsbank in which Herr Hitler will probably supplant Dr. Luther hy Herr Schacht.
