Berlin, Jan. 30 Herr Adolf Hitler, tlie leader of the Nazis, has accepted the Chancellorship. Herr von Papen is the new viceChancellor. It is nnderstood that while the Government is headed by Herr Hitler the power behind the throne is Herr von Papen. The Sccialists and Communists are expeeted to fiercely oppoSe the Ministry. Herr Hitler insisted upon the filling of important Ministries by Nazis and required that his storm troopers shonld be officially recognised on similar lines to the Italian Fascists.
