NGONGOTAHA BEATEN BY TAURANGA SOUTH THIRD ROUND PLAY On Sunday last the Tauranga South Tennis Club team played Ngongotaha Club in the third round of the Watt Cup competition and gained the decision in all the 14 matches played. Following are the results of matches, Tauranga players mentioned first. Men's Singles. — Davies v. Bailey, 6-5, 6-1; F. Smith v. R. Timbs 6-1, 5-6, 6-3; Wray v. C. Black, 6-2, 6-4; Titterton v. M. Reidy 6-2, 6-2. Ladies' Singles.— Mrs. Johnson v. E. Jarlov 6-3, 6-5; Miss Tollemache v. B. Burney, 6-1, 4-6, 6-3; Miss Wilcox v. B. Starr 6-4, 6-0; Miss Gilbert v. M. Drysdale 6-3, 6-4. Men's Doubles. — Davies and Smith v. Bailey and Timbs, 6-1, 3-6, 6-2; Wray and Titterton v. Black and Reidy, 6-5, 6-4. Ladies' Doubles.— Mrs. Johnson and Miss Tollemache v. Misses Burney and Jarlov 6-1, 2-6, 6-3; Misses Gilbert and Wilcox v. Misses B. Starr and Drysdale 6-2, 6-3. Combined Doubles. — Smith and Miss Gilbert v.
