FRANKTON There was an average yarding of 'beef at the weekly stock sale. at the Frankton yards to-day when quotations were easier than the previous j week. Sheep were yarded in medium numbers. Wethers were. easier than the previous week while ewes met with an erratie sale. There was another very large yarding of pigs and last week's values were maintained. Quotations: — • Beef. — Heavy fat steers, £6 to £6 10s; lighter fat steers, £5 5s to £5 17s 6d; light fat steers, £4 to £4 12s 6d; fat cows, £3 10s to £3 18s; lighter fat cows, £2 10s to £3 5s; light fat cows, £l 18s to £2 5s. Sheep. — Heavy fat wethers, l'3s to
14s 3d; lighter fat wethers, 11s 6d to 12s 9d; light fat wethers, 8s 9d to 10s 6d; fat lambs, 12s to 13s 6d; ees, 5s to 6s 6d. Pigs". — Heavy baeoners, 38s to 45s; lighter baeoners, 34s to 37s; heavy porkers, 27s to 32s; lighter porkers, 24s to 27s.
