Washington, Jan. 11. The Senate Judiciary Sub-commit-;ee to-day decided to re-draft the House 3.2 Per Cent. Beer Bill in a way which the chairman, Senator Blaine, said would bring it within the constitution without any doubt whatsver. The specific plan is not announeed, but several proposals have been ad/anced, including the fixing of penalbies for manufacturing beer above a certain percentage without attempting to define it as an intoxicant.
