FIRM ON WELLINGTON RATES Napier, Wednesday. Prices at the second Napier wool sale to-day were distinctly firm on those of the Wellington sale last week, and accordingly showed an advanco on those realised at the first Napier sale on December 6. Compared with the December rates, the prices for coarse wools was about ld per lb better and for better class wools ^d lb. better.
