MERINO TOP PRICE Rec. Jan. 11, 8 p.m. Hobarfc, January 11. The Australian wool, price record was broken at Hobart to-day, merinos reaching 28^d. Bidding was brisk. Prices ranged from 10 to 15 per cent. above the December rates. Japan was the busiest buyer.
