A WARNING
MOTORISTS TRAVELLING NORTH BY RUSSELL ROAD Whangarei, Saturday. Motorists intending .to travel on the Russell Road are warned to reduce speed between Helena Bay and Whangaruru. The road in that section is narrow and winding and there have been one or two minor accidents on it recently. It is safe at a reduced speed Jbut motorists are courting tr-ouble if they do not slow down.
