In eonnection with the dispute betv een the Hollywood film exchanges and thj Australian theatre owners, the theatre owners detarniined to ::lose all theatres in Australian cities rather than make contracts which gives them no right to reject films. One of Sydney's largest theatres was closed during the holidays owing to lack of pictures.
