Rec. Dec. 27 11 p.m. London, Dec. 27. The Daily Herald says that Mrs. Amy Mollison is to rece-ive the D.B.E. (Dame of the British Empire) in the New Year honours, which will include numbers arising out of the Ottawa and Indian Round Table conferences.
