STATE CREDIT TO PROVIDE BIG PUBLIC WORKS ANNOUNCED

Ilerr Kereke, Federal Commissioner of Employment in the new Cabinet whieh is a new post created by General von Sehleicher, in the course of a broadcast speech announced to Germany's 5,500,000 unemployed the Government's int'ention of granting eredit of £24,000,000 to munieipalities to enable public works to be undertaken. The Reichbank is finaneing the scheme.
