GERMAN REICHSTAG DECIDES TO RELEASE POLITICAL PRISONERS

Berlin, December 21. About 15,000 politieal and other prisoners will he released at Christmas under the Amnesty Bill which passed the Reichstag by a single vote. Any attempt to keep the Nazi, Socialist and Communist prisoners in cells over the holidays Avould have led to a meeting of the Reichstag and a Christmas crisis.
