Washington, Dec. 21The plans of the British colony of Bermuda to place what is described as "an ahsolutely prohibitive tariff on food products from the United States, thus throwing the business to Canada." were described in telegrams from four Boston firms, which Senator Coolid'ge (Massachusetts) placed before Senate. They have been referred to the Finance Committee.
