YESTERDAY'S YARDINGS Hamilton, Tuesday. At the weeldy . stock sale at the Frankton yards to-day, sheep were yarded in extra heavy numbers, especially lambs. Prices for all classes, with the 'exception of fat ewes, were at late rates, ewes being hard to disposo of. There was a good yarding of ox beef, and quotations were frrm at late rates. Cow beef was also penned in well up to average numbers, and here again values showed little alteration. . Pigs came forward in large numbers, and quotations were a shade easier. Quotations: — Sheep. — Prime fat shorn wethers, 11s to 11s 9d; medium fat shorn wethers, 10s 3d to 10s 9d; light fat shorn wethers, 9s 6d to 9d 9d; prime r.iaiden ewes, 8s 9d to 9s; heavy fat ewes, 5s 6d to 6s; medium ditto, 4s 6d to 5s 3d; light ditto, 4s to 4s 5d; heavy fat lambs, 12s to 13s; medium, 10s 9d to 11s 9d; light fat lambs, 9s to 10s 3d; store lambs, 4s 6d to 6s 6d; cull lambs, 3s 6d to 4s ld. Beef: — Heavy fat bullocks, £4 17s Cd to £5 7s; medium fat bullocks, £4 5s to £4 12s 6d; light fat bullocks, £3 10s to £4 2s 6d; heavy fat cows rnd heifers, £3 10s to £3 18s 6d; medium ditto, £2 17s 6d to £3 5s; light fat cows, £2 5s to £2 10s; ordinary fat cows, £1 18s to £2 2s. Pigs. — Baconers, 30s to 40s; porkcrs, 24s to 28s; large stores, 22s to 26s.
